Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Free AI check form: practice name, city, state, website, your name, role and email. We use it to prepare and send your report and up to two follow-up emails about it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Kept for 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Business outreach: we may email publicly listed business contact details of dental practices about our service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by replying "STOP" or using our unsubscribe page. We keep a record of the opt-out so we never contact you again.
• Public research data: our reports use publicly available information, such as Google review counts and AI assistant answers.

Service providers

Website and forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., USA. Email is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany. Where data goes to the USA, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

All fonts are hosted on this website itself. No data is sent to Google or other font providers.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

No tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
